Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Service area

We primarily serve Delhi NCR — Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad. Delivery outside this area may be arranged on request, subject to feasibility and additional charges.

2. Delivery and installation

Once your order is confirmed, we schedule delivery and, where applicable, home installation across Delhi NCR. Delivery timelines depend on the product, stock availability and your location, and are confirmed at the time of order. Our team coordinates a convenient date and time with you.

3. Delivery charges

Any delivery or installation charges are confirmed at the time of purchase, based on the product and delivery location. Where an old-unit or old-battery exchange applies, it is handled at the time of delivery.

4. Inspection on delivery

Please inspect your product at the time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, report it within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or service through the manufacturer. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
