Return & Refund Policy

Nice Power System is an authorised dealer of power-backup products in Delhi NCR. The inverters, batteries, UPS systems, stabilisers and solar products we sell are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty and return policy. For Microtek products, all returns, replacements and refunds — including for damaged or defective units — are governed by Microtek's official Cancellation & Refund Policy and are processed through Microtek's authorised service network. Nice Power System helps you raise and route these claims, but the manufacturer's terms apply and warranty service for the product is provided by the manufacturer.
1. Returns for damaged or defective products
A Microtek product is eligible for replacement under Microtek's policy if it is delivered damaged or defective, is different from what was ordered, or has missing parts or accessories. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery. Microtek — directly or with our assistance — will arrange a replacement or service. A refund is issued only where Microtek is unable to provide a replacement.
2. Conditions for a replacement
To qualify under Microtek's policy, the product must be:
- Unused beyond reasonable testing.
- Returned in its original packaging with all included items, manuals and accessories.
- Intact, with all parts in functional condition.
- Carrying its original, untampered serial number.
- Accompanied by the original invoice.
3. What is not returnable
- Sale, clearance or discounted items.
- Promotional or gift items, unless they are defective.
- Products used after delivery, or with accessories already installed or used.
- Items whose original packaging is missing, or where the request is made after the 7-day window.
- Products with a missing or tampered serial number.
4. How to raise a return or warranty claim
- Contact Nice Power System within 7 days of delivery — by phone, email or at our store — with your invoice and a description (and photos, for damage) of the issue. We will help you initiate the claim with Microtek. You may also contact Microtek directly via microtek.in/support, cc@microtek.in or +91-7283838383.
- Microtek inspects the returned product, typically within 10 business days of receipt.
- On approval, a replacement or service is provided. Where a refund applies, it is processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval, with an additional 5–8 business days for bank processing.
5. Warranty and responsibility
The manufacturer's warranty for each product, and all liability for manufacturing defects, rests solely with the manufacturer (Microtek for Microtek products) and is handled exclusively under the manufacturer's warranty and return terms through its authorised service network. Nice Power System acts only as the selling dealer and facilitates claims on your behalf; to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, it provides no independent warranty and accepts no liability for product defects, which are the manufacturer's responsibility.
